Alanya Municipality Police Department teams, who continued their inspections of the facility in Payallar Neighborhood of Alanya district of Antalya, which was determined to be operating illegally despite being sealed many times before, took action once again due to breaking the seal. While the necessary minutes were kept for the business, the sealing process was applied again by the teams.
‘WE WILL NOT TOLERATE’
Alanya Mayor Osman Tarık Özçelik said that the fight against unlicensed businesses that disregard public health and public order will continue with determination, and said, “It is unacceptable that they continue to operate illegally despite being sealed many times. We are using all our legal means against such persistent and deliberate violations. We will never tolerate irregularity in Alanya and practices that disturb the peace of both our people and our guests. Our police teams continue their inspections.”
IT WAS SEALED EXACTLY 111 TIMES
On the other hand, a fire broke out in the 5-star hotel on the morning of June 13, and the few tourists inside were evacuated and the fire was extinguished. It was revealed that the hotel had been sealed 111 times in the past, and legal action had been taken for breaking the seal more than once.
